How does ticket return insurance work?
This insurance will reimburse you for the cost of tickets purchased according to the Insurance Terms & Conditions of ERGO Reiseversicherung AG. Insurance can only be taken out when the tickets are ordered. Unfortunately, this is not possible later on.
How can I take out insurance?
During the ordering process, you can take out insurance by clicking on "Ticket return insurance" in the shopping cart. In the next window, select the entrance tickets in the shopping cart that require insurance.
If you then return to the shopping cart, the costs for the insurance and the new total amount will be displayed.
What do I do in the case of a claim?
If an insured event occurs, you can apply for reimbursement online. Please have the following documents ready in pdf or jpg format: - Bank details - Photo of the original tickets or the pdf in case of Print @ Home Tickets - Order confirmation email or invoice (available for download in your online account) - Medical certificate with diagnosis and treatment data or another certificate confirming the occurrence of the insured event. Here you can apply for reimbursement. After the documents have been checked, the ticket value will be transferred to the account you have specified. More information:
