I have received an order confirmation without having placed an order
If an order confirmation arrives in your e-mail account without you having placed an order with us, please contact our Customer Service team using our Contact form.

We will then check if an error has been made when inputting another customer (e.g. entering p.test@aol.com instead of ptest@aol.com). Thank you for your support in this matter.
