How can I redeem a voucher?
Select your required tickets in our online shop. As soon as you have made your decision, you will automatically move to your shopping cart.

Select the required shipping type and enter the 16-digit voucher number, without any spaces, into the gift voucher field. Then click on "Apply" and the total amount to be paid will be reduced by the value of the voucher.You can repeat this right again and click on "Apply" once again. After entering the voucher number, go to the Quick Login or register as a new customer.

You will retain any remaining credit for later redemption (please be aware of the stated life of promotional vouchers). Simply reenter your voucher number when making your next purchase.

Please note:

Vouchers must be redeemed within 18 months of purchase.
It is not possible to receive cash payments, make retrospective use of a voucher.


If there are problems in redeeming a voucher, please be aware that confusion can arise when using alphanumeric codes (letters plus numbers). In this context, please check whether it is a case of using
* a B instead of an 8
*lower case "L" instead of an upper case "i"
* an O instead of a "zero"
* a G instead of a 6.
