What is our delivery period?
- If we receive your order on a weekday by 14:00, you will receive your tickets in Germany within two to three working days in over 90% of cases.
- In the case of orders placed shortly before the event, we recommend selecting the "Express" shipping option, as only in this way can delivery be guaranteed in time.
If the time between the receipt of the order and the event date is insufficient for reliable shipping by letter / recorded delivery, our online shop will automatically change the shipping type to Express shipping. You will be informed of this during the order.
