If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Rollstuhlfahrer*innen: Unser Theatersaal befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist über eine Treppe mit 30 Stufen erreichbar. Seit 1. September 2019 können Rollstuhlfahrer*Innen über einen Plattformlift (Zulässige Maße für Person und Rollstuhl gesamt: Breite: max. 70cm / Länge: max. 90 cm / Gewicht: max. 300kg) in den Saal gelangen. Dieser verfügt über zwei Plätze für Rollstuhlfahrer*Innen mit jeweils einem Platz für eine Begleitperson direkt daneben. Die Plätze für Rollstuhlfahrer*Innen und die Begleitpersonen befinden sich in Reihe 12 und sind bis zu einer Woche vor dem Termin per E-Mail an rollstuhlplatz@volksbuehne-rudolfplatz.de oder über die Hotline buchbar. Die Begleitperson erhält freien Eintritt, sofern im Schwerbehindertenausweis das Merkzeichen "B" eingetragen ist. Dieses Merkzeichen erhalten Menschen, die auf Grund ihrer Behinderung auf Hilfe bei der Benutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel angewiesen sind. Eine barrierefreie Toilette befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.
