Concert was great, but organization was terrible.
There were a lot of people with duplicate tickets, and a lot of people with tickets for non existent seats. Our seats were occupied, and we spent about an hour in the separate queue for people who had similar issues - we almost missed the beginning of the concert, even though we arrived well in advance. Ultimately, we were assigned new seats, worse than those we've paid for, and had to sit there.
