Biography - Heave Blood & Die

For fans of post-rock, Heave Blood & Die deliver a unique blend of uncompromising, genre-crossing experimentation. With the use of synthesisers, effect pedals, and playful drums, they create a live expression unlike anything you've heard before.

With prestigious performances at festivals like Øya Festival, Roskilde, Bukta Open Air, Reeperbahn, and Nürnberg Pop Festival, as well as tours in Europe, the band has confirmed its status as one of the most exciting live bands Norway has to offer. In 2022, the band was nominated for a Spellemann (Norwegian Grammy) for their third album, "Post People", followed by performances at SXSW Online, a tour with Kvelertak, a tour of Norway, and visits across the Nordics.

Since their inception, Heave Blood & Die has released four albums, most recently "Burnout Codes" from January 2024.
