Direkt am Theater ist die Haltestelle Willy-Brandt-Platz dort halten die U-Bahn Linien U1-5 und U8 sowie die Straßenbahnen 11 uns 12 .
Die Einfahrt zur ausschließlich den Komödien -Besuchern vorbehaltenen Tiefgarage befindet sich in der Schneidwallgasse auf der Rückseite der Komödie.
Das Parkhaus ist trotz der Großbaustelle zugänglich. Gegen eine Gebühr von 5,- € können Sie ab zwei Stunden vor der Vorstellung und danach bis Schließung des Bistros parken. Danach ist keine Ausfahrt mehr möglich. Von dort aus gelangen Sie direkt ins Theater und können Ihren Parkschein, vor der Vorstellung an der Theaterkasse und an der Foyer-Bar, in der Pause an der Foyer-Bar oder im Boulevard-Bistro, entwerten lassen.
Das Theater ist barrierefrei über die Neue Mainzer Landstrasse und die Tiefgarage zu erreichen.
