Handicapped-accessible tickets
To make a booking for wheelchair users and people with disabilities, including companion, please first check whether your desired event also offers the option of booking tickets directly in the webshop. Go to your event and your city and check the price categories and discounts offered. The promoter of the event decides whether tickets for wheelchair users and people with disabilities, including companion, are offered in the webshop.
If you cannot find a suitable offer in the webshop, please contact our customer service on +49 (0) 421 353 638. For technical reasons, only enquiries and bookings for tickets for wheelchair users and people with disabilities can be processed on this number!
Depending on the requirements of the promoter, in some cases the booking can be made directly on our hotline, in other cases the booking must first be requested from the promoter. Please understand that, depending on the event, places for wheelchair users and people with disabilities cannot always be offered.
If you are dependent on a companion for your visit to the event (sign B on your disabled person's ID) and the companion ticket is subject to a discount or free ticket, please have your disabled person's ID ready at the entrance to the event as proof of the companion ticket. An on-site check will take place in all cases.

With best seat booking we will automatically choose the best seats available depending on your chosen price level and the number of tickets you require.
Seating chart booking
The EVENTIM Seating chart booking allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.
Please note that the EVENTIM Seating chart booking is not available for all events.
General admission
General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.
Seat or standing ticket subject to availability
This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
Currently not available
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.
EVENTIM makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.
Delivery not available
If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
Only single seats available
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.
Concessions
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.
