We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Das Festspielhaus Congress Centrum Heidenheim liegen direkt auf dem Heidenheimer Schlossberg unmittelbar neben dem Schloss Hellenstein. Auch das Naturtheater, das Klinikum Heidenheim und die Voith-Arena sind in der Nähe. Wenn Sie der Wegweisung zum Schloss oder Klinikum folgen, finden Sie auch ohne Probleme das Congress Centrum.
Parkplätze gibt es direkt in der Tiefgarage des Congress Centrums, vor dem Naturtheater, beim Schloss und beim Klinikum Heidenheim. Sollte dort alles belegt sein, finden Sie weitere Parkplätze bei der Voith-Arena. Von dort benötigen Sie zum Festspielhaus zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten.
Rollstuhlfahrer erreichen das Festspielhaus barrierefrei über die Tiefgarage oder über den Haupteingang. Direkt von dort gelangt man mit einem Personenaufzug in alle Ebenen und in den Saal. Der Einlass erfolgt frühestens eine Stunde vor Beginn der Vorstellung. Die barrierefreien Plätze im Parkett sind problemlos mit einem Rollstuhl erreichbar, die Beweglichkeit im restlichen Saal ist jedoch durch Stufen eingeschränkt.
