Aus Richtung Süden
Fahren Sie die A7 bis zur Abfahrt Hamburg-Volkspark und folgen Sie von dort einfach der Beschilderung sowie dem Parkleitsystem zur "Arena"/Barclays Arena. Auch über die Abfahrt HH-Bahrenfeld ist die Barclays Arena zu erreichen und der Weg ausgeschildert.
Aus Richtung Norden
Wenn Sie über die A23 kommen, fahren Sie am AK Hamburg-Nordwest auf die A7 Richtung Süden und dann bis zur Abfahrt Hamburg-Stellingen. Folgen Sie dort bitte den Hinweisschildern zur "Arena". Gleiches gilt für alle über die A7 kommenden Gäste aus dem Norden.
Aus Richtung Osten
Sie fahren auf der A24 in Richtung Hamburg bis die Autobahn in einen Kreisverkehr mündet. Dort fahren Sie die zweite Möglichkeit in Richtung Centrum auf die Sievekingsallee. Diese wird im weiteren Verlauf zur Bürgerweide. Wenn Sie auf eine T-Kreuzung stoßen, biegen Sie rechts ab in die Wallstraße, die in die Sechslingspforte Richtung Alster übergeht. An der Alster biegen Sie links ab und überqueren die erste Brücke auf der rechten Seite (Kennedybrücke). Danach geradeaus halten und der Hauptstraße halblinks in Richtung Fernsehturm folgen. Ab jetzt fahren Sie ca. 5 km geradeaus und biegen dann rechts in die Schnackenburgallee ein, der Sie folgen, bis Parkplätze für die Arenen ausgeschildert sind.
Aus Richtung Westen
Von der A1 kommend biegen Sie am Buchholzer Dreieck auf die A261 und fahren bis zum Autobahndreieck Hamburg-Südwest. Hier wechseln Sie auf die A7 Richtung Norden bis zur Ausfahrt Hamburg-Volkspark und folgen von dort einfach der Beschilderung und dem Parkleitsystem zur "Arena". Auch über die Abfahrt HH-Bahrenfeld ist die Barclays Arena zu erreichen und der Weg ausgeschildert.

Die postalische Adresse der Barclays Arena Hamburg lautet: Sylvesterallee 10, 22525 Hamburg.
Die Sylvesterallee ist allerdings nur befahrbar, wenn keine Veranstaltungen in den Arenen stattfinden. Bei Veranstaltungen ist die Sylvesterallee komplett gesperrt und nur für Shuttlebusse geöffnet. Bitte geben Sie daher in Ihr Navigationssystem die Adressen Hellgrundweg 50 (für die Parkplätze GRAU, ROT und VIP-Parkplatz BLAU) und Schnackenburgallee 112 (oder Abzweigung "August-Kirch-Straße") für die Parkplätze WEISS und GELB.
Parken an der Arena
Rund um die Barclays Arena stehen Ihnen eine Vielzahl von Parkflächen zur Verfügung. Pro Fahrzeug zahlen Sie für das Parken an Veranstaltungstagen in der Regel 9,- € (für Wohnmobile bzw. Reisebusse 27,- €). Die Parkplätze werden nicht überwacht. Lassen Sie während der Parkdauer keine Wertgegenstände in ihrem Fahrzeug zurück.
In der Regel stehen zusätzlich zu den direkt an der Barclays Arena befindlichen Parkflächen (ROT, BLAU, GRAU) auch die Parkplätze im Umfeld des nahe gelegenen Fußballstadions zur Verfügung. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Parkplätze BLAU und GRAU ausschließlich für VIP- und Logengäste, Schwerbehinderte und Mitarbeiter zugängig sind.
Wichtig: Bei allen Veranstaltungen ist die Sylvesterallee für den öffentlichen Verkehr gesperrt! Und bei Fußballspielen ist die Zufahrt zum Volkspark via Stadionstraße und Hellgrundweg eingeschränkt.

Dank unserer behindertengerechten Architektur bieten wir deshalb selbstverständlich auch einen barrierefreien Zugang sowie viele weitere Services für Rollstuhlfahrer.
Anfahrt/Parken
Für alle Besucher mit einem Schwerbehindertenausweis und der darauf festgestellten Kennzeichnung aG (außergewöhnliche Gehbehinderung) haben wir 48 kostenfreie Parkplätze auf dem VIP-Parkplatz BLAU in unmittelbarer Nähe zum östlichen Eingang reserviert. Bitte nutzen Sie hierfür die Zufahrt über den Hellgrundweg sowie über den Parkplatz GRAU und halten Sie Ihren Behindertenausweis bereit.
Diese Regelung gilt nicht für die Kennzeichnung G (gehbehindert).
Falls Sie mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen, bietet Ihnen unser kostenloser Shuttleservice mit Niederflurbussen eine bequeme Anreise von der S-Bahn Station Stellingen-Arenen direkt zur Veranstaltung.
Einlass
Eine Rampe, die über den Eingang E2 in das Erdgeschoss der Arena führt, schafft nicht nur Rollstuhlfahrern, sondern auch Familien mit Kinderwagen einen bequemen Zugang. Der Einlass liegt direkt am Parkplatz BLAU für Rollstuhlfahrer. Im Inneren der Barclays Arena erreichen Sie die verschiedenen Etagen bequem mit einem der zahlreichen Fahrstühle.
Zuschauerplätze
Die Zuschauerplätze für Rollstuhlfahrer - neben denen selbstverständlich auch die Begleiter Platz finden - liegen im Erdgeschoss der Arena hinter den Blöcken U1 bis U4 sowie U18 bis U20 und sind über zwei Rampen vom Umgang im Erdgeschoss erreichbar. Insgesamt stehen Rollstuhlfahrern 79 Plätze und ihren Begleitern ebenfalls 79 Plätze zur Verfügung.
Bitte informieren Sie sich beim Kartenkauf über den speziellen Platzbedarf. Die Plätze für Rollstuhlfahrer variieren je nach Ticketnachfrage und Veranstaltung.
Sanitäre Einrichtungen
Rollstuhlgerechte sanitäre Einrichtungen befinden sich auf allen Etagen der Barclays Arena Hamburg. Im Erdgeschoss sind diese direkt neben den Zufahrtsrampen für Rollstuhlfahrer gelegen und sind durch Hinweisschilder bestens kenntlich gemacht.
Restaurants und Verpflegung / Logen
Zu den gastronomischen Angeboten der Barclays Arena Hamburg - den vier Themenrestaurants und den vier Bars in den Geschossen UG, EG, 2.OG und 3.OG sowie den 17 Fastfood-Outlets im Erdgeschoss und im 2. Obergeschoss - führen vier Fahrstühle. Selbstverständlich sind auch für den Zugang zu den Restaurants und den VIP-Logen keine Stufen oder Schwellen zu überwinden.
