Die Stadthalle Cottbus verfügt über 8 Rollstuhlplätze. Rollstuhlfahrer erreichen das Foyer der Stadthalle Cottbus barrierefrei durch den Haupteingang. Direkt von dort gelangt man mit einem Personenaufzug auf alle Ebenen (Toilette, Garderobe und Oberes Foyer).
Die Stadthalle Cottbus verfügt über eine Induktionsschleife mit Hinweistafeln u.a. im Garderobenbereich. Bei Veranstaltungen sind bis zu 3 Bars geöffnet, die ein Imbiss- und Getränkeangeboten bereit halten. Die Bars sind stufenlos bzw. über einen Personenaufzug erreichbar.
