If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Ihre Eintrittskarte = Ihre Fahrkarte. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkehrsverbund gibt die Rockhal bekannt, dass die Anfahrt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anlässlich jedes Konzerts in einem der zwei Säle der Rockhal gratis ist. Wozu sollten Sie sich also noch mit Ihrem Auto herumplagen, wenn Sie nur Ihre Eintrittskarte (Hardticket oder E-Ticket) vorzeigen müssen, um mit dem Zug oder Bus kostenlos von jedem Punkt im Großherzogtum Luxemburg zur Rockhal und danach wieder nach Hause zu gelangen.
Es empfiehlt sich, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zur Anreise zu nutzen; der Zug Nummer 60 (Luxembourg-Bettembourg-Esch-Pétange) fährt die Rockhal alle 30 Minuten an (Haltestelle: Belval Université). Dieser Zug steht Ihnen auch nach den Konzerten für die Rückfahrt zur Verfügung. Bei größeren Konzerten können auch zusätzliche Züge für andere Routen eingesetzt werden.
