We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Anreise mit der Bahn
ICE- bzw. IC- Verbindungen bis München oder Augsburg. Von dort Anschlussmöglichkeit mit stündlichen Zügen im Rahmen des „Allgäu-Schwaben-Taktes“ nach Füssen. Vor dem Bahnhof befindet sich ein Taxistand. Die Entfernung zum Festspielhaus beträgt ca. 2,5 km.
Ab Ulm, A7 bis Autobahnende Füssen; der B 310 folgen und an der Ampel links abbiegen. Nach circa 500 Metern rechts abbiegen und der Straße bis zum Parkplatz folgen. Das Festspielhaus ist ab der Autobahnabfahrt ausgeschildert.
Ab München: A96 bis Ausfahrt Jengen/ Kaufbeuren dort auf die B12 Richtung Jengen/Kaufbeuren/Kempten/ Marktoberdorf. Nach circa 29 km auf die B16 Richtung Füssen. Wenn Sie ein Navigationssystem nutzen, geben Sie bitte folgende Zieladresse ein: Im See 1, 87629 Füssen
Vor Ort stehen Ihnen ausreichend Parkplätze zum Preis von 5,00 € zur Verfügung. Von allen Parkplätzen gibt es separate Gehwege zum Gelände.

Es stehen ausreichend Rollstuhlparkplätze direkt an der Rückseite des Festspielhauses zur Verfügung. Ebenso besteht die Möglichkeit Personen direkt am Haupteingang aussteigen zu lassen und danach das Auto zu parken.
