Depending on the requirements of the promoter, in some cases the booking can be made directly on our hotline, in other cases the booking must first be requested from the promoter. Please understand that, depending on the event, places for wheelchair users and people with disabilities cannot always be offered.

If you are dependent on a companion for your visit to the event (sign B on your disabled person's ID) and the companion ticket is subject to a discount or free ticket, please have your disabled person's ID ready at the entrance to the event as proof of the companion ticket. This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.

Currently not available

If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

Ticket Online makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Alle Eintrittskarten für Veranstaltungen in der SAP Arena gelten am Veranstaltungstag als VRN-Fahrausweis. Die Tickets berechtigen zur Hin- und Rückfahrt in allen mit dem VRN-Symbol gekennzeichneten Bussen, Straßenbahnen und freigegebenen Zügen (DB: RE, RB und S-Bahn jeweils in der 2. Klasse) im gesamten Gebiet des Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar.

Aus Richtung Mannheim, Lampertheim, Schwetzingen und der gesamten Pfalz:
Ab Mannheim Hauptbahnhof mit der Linie 1 Richtung Rheinau / Bahnhof zur Haltestelle Tattersall oder gehen Sie zu Fuß (ca. 5 Minuten). Von dort mit der Linie 6 Richtung Neuostheim direkt bis zur SAP Arena. Die Haltestelle SAP Arena liegt vor den Eingängen A und B und wird nur bei Veranstaltungen angefahren, ca. 2 Stunden vor Veranstaltungsbeginn im 10-Minuten-Takt. Für die Rückfahrt stehen schnelle Direktverbindungen zum Hauptbahnhof und innerhalb des Stadtbahnnetzes Mannheim zur Verfügung. Nach Veranstaltungsbeginn endet die Linie 6 wieder fahrplanmäßig in Neuostheim.

Die Haltestelle Neuhermsheim SAP Arena Süd, die sich unmittelbar vor den Trainingshallen befindet, wird auch an veranstaltungsfreien Tagen im 20-Minuten-Takt regulär von der Linie 6a Richtung Neuhermsheim angefahren. Hierfür fahren Sie ab dem Hauptbahnhof ebenfalls mit der Linie 1 Richtung Rheinau eine Station bis zur Haltestellt Tattersall und steigen dort in die Linie 6a Richtung Neuhermsheim um

Aus Richtung Heidelberg/Weinheim (mit der S-Bahn Rhein-Neckar)
Die Haltestelle Mannheim ARENA/Maimarkt wird von den S-Bahn-Linien S1, S2, S3, S4, S51 und der Regionalbahn aus Richtung Heidelberg und Weinheim oder über den Hauptbahnhof Mannheim angefahren. Die SAP Arena ist von der Haltestelle in 5-7 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Aus Richtung Norden:
A5 in Richtung Frankfurt / Darmstadt. Ab Darmstädter Kreuz Richtung Stuttgart / Mannheim / Saarbrücken

Aus Richtung Süden:
A6 Richtung Frankfurt / Mannheim

Aus Richtung Westen:
A6 Richtung Stuttgart / Basel / Karlsruhe / Mannheim

Aus Richtung Osten:
A6 in Richtung Frankfurt / Mannheim

Ab Autobahnkreuz Mannheim:
Fahren Sie auf die A656 in Richtung Mannheim-Mitte / Mannheim-Neckarau. An der Anschlussstelle Mannheim-Neckarau von der A 656 in Richtung Neckarau abfahren, weiter auf die B 38 a, nach ca. 500 m rechts ausfahren zur Ludwigshafener Straße. Dort links abbiegen und dann nach ca. 200 m links abbiegen in Straße An der Arena.

Die SAP Arena ist weiträumig ausgeschildert, egal aus welcher Richtung Sie anreisen.

Unmittelbar neben der SAP Arena befinden sich 2.000 Parkplätze auf P1 bis P3 für unsere Zuschauer. Weitere 1.520 Parkmöglichkeiten finden Sie bei dem benachbarten Maimarktgelände auf P6 bis P8. Bei ausgewählten Veranstaltungen ist der Großparkplatz P20 mit 6.000 Stellplätzen geöffnet. Bewirtschaftet werden die Parkplätze von den Mannheimer Parkhausbetrieben.

Die Parkgebühr der Parkplätze P1-P3 sowie P6-P8 beträgt bei regulären Liga-Spielen der Hometeams Adler Mannheim und Rhein-Neckar Löwen pauschal 5,- Euro am Tag. Bei allen anderen Veranstaltungen beträgt die Parkgebühr pauschal 6,- Euro pro Tag.

Hinweis: Bitte beachten Sie, dass beim Ausfahren der Parkplätze ein Ticket benötigt wird. Wir empfehlen, das Ticket bereits vor der Veranstaltung an einem der Automaten zu entwerten. Ticketshop-Kunden und andere Kurzparker können an veranstaltungsfreien Tagen die Parkplätze auf dem SAP Arena Gelände über die Geländezufahrt „Load-In“ nutzen.

Tickets
Für Rollstuhlfahrer stehen 28 barrierefreie Plätze auf der ersten Ebene (in den Blöcken 211 – 214) zur Verfügung. Selbstverständlich bieten wir Ihnen einen weiteren Sitzplatz für eine Begleitperson in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass für die Inanspruchnahme der Rollstuhlplätze spezielle Rollstuhlfahrer-Tickets erforderlich sind. Diese Tickets müssen im Voraus im SAP Arena Ticket- und Fanshop oder über dieSAP Arena Service- und Tickethotline erworben werden. Bei einigen Konzert- und Show-Veranstaltungen werden die Rollstuhlfahrer-Plätze jedoch nur direkt über den Veranstalter vertrieben. Ist dies der Fall, nennt Ihnen unser Tickethotline-Team gerne den jeweiligen Buchungskontakt.

Anfahrt ÖPNV
Sowohl an der Haltestelle Mannheim ARENA/MAIMARKT also auch an den Straßenbahnhaltestellen Neuhermsheim SAP Arena und Neuhermsheim SAP Arena Süd ist ein behindertengerechter Einstieg in die Bahnen möglich.

Parken
Für unsere gehbehinderten Gäste mit einem Behindertenausweis der Kennzeichnung aG (außergewöhnliche Gehbehinderung) befinden sich reservierte Parkmöglichkeiten am VIP-Parkplatz. Von dort können Sie die in den Treppenhäusern A und B gelegenen Aufzüge nutzen, um problemlos zu jeder Etage der SAP Arena zu gelangen. Rollstuhlfahrer benutzen bitte ausschließlich den separaten Eingang bei Treppenhaus B.

In der Arena
Sämtliche Gastronomiebereiche sind problemlos mit dem Rollstuhl zugänglich. Behindertengerechte Sanitäreinrichtungen sind ebenfalls in ausreichender Zahl in Ebene 1 vorhanden. Bei Fragen und Wünschen während der Veranstaltung können Sie sich jederzeit an unser Service-Team vor Ort oder direkt an den SAP Arena Info-Counter in Ebene 1 wenden.
