If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Ein problemloser Ebenen-Wechsel ist ebenfalls garantiert: mehrere behindertengerechte Fahrstühle stehen Ihnen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Spezielle Toiletten finden Sie in allen Foyers.
Ermäßigungen auf die Eintrittspreise variieren je nach Veranstaltung. Die einzelnen Säle verfügen über eine begrenzte Anzahl von Rollstuhlplätzen. Anmeldungen bzw. vorherige Reservierungen sind daher unbedingt erforderlich.

Bei unbestuhlten Konzerten richten wir für Sie ein Rollstuhlfahrer-Podium ein. Das Abstellen von Gehhilfen und Rollstühlen außerhalb der Säle ist nach Absprache möglich.
Die Haltestellen des Nahverkehrs befinden sich nur wenige Meter von den Haupteingängen des Kultur- und Kongresszentrums Liederhalle entfernt. Ausgeschilderte Behindertenparkplätze finden Sie in den umliegenden Tiefgaragen. Bitte nehmen Sie im Parkhaus Liederhalle/ Bosch Areal die rechte Einfahrt um barrierefrei in unser Haus zu gelangen.
