We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Vom Zentrum: Auf die Aachener Straße (beginnt am Rudolfplatz) stadtauswärts (Richtung Stadion/westliche Stadtteile), immer geradeaus und rechts auf den Militärring abbiegen (Richtung nördliche Stadtteile), an der nächsten Ausfahrt wieder runterfahren (Gewerbegebiet Braunsfeld), Sie sind jetzt auf der Widdersdorfer Straße, die parallel zur Bahnlinie verläuft, nach etwa 200 Metern geht es links unter der Bahnlinie durch, nach der Unterführung sofort wieder links in den Girlitzweg abbiegen, nach ca. 40 Metern geht es rechts ab auf unseren großen Parkplatz (Tor 1).
