We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Infrastruktur / Erreichbarkeit
Über die Kooperation mit dem Einkaufszentrum „Waterfront“ gibt es eine sehr gute Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätzen. Die Verkehrsanbindung für Zuschauer von außerhalb, die mit dem PKW kommen, ist über den Autobahnzubringer ideal. Kommt man mit dem Zug, kann man mit der Straßenbahnlinie 4, 5, 6 oder 8 bis zur Haltestelle Domsheide fahren, dort umsteigen und mit der Linie 2 oder 3 fahren bis zur Haltestelle Use Akschen fahren. Dort sieht man die Waterfront schon.
