Mit der Bahn erreicht man Hameln regelmäßig mit der S5 aus Richtung Hannover und Paderborn, sowie mit der Nord-West-Bahn aus Richtung Hildesheim und Bünde. Zur Rattenfängerhalle sind nur noch 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Bus.
Zu Fuß gelangt man vom Bahnhofsplatz geradeaus über die Kaiserstraße in die Hafenstraße. Dann rechts in die Mühlenstraße biegen. Am Ende auf der linken Straßenseite befindet sich der Haupteingang der Rattenfängerhalle.

Direkt unter der Rattenfängerhalle befindet sich ein Parkhaus mit Zufahrt über die Str. "Am Stockhof". In unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Parkplatz "An der Weser" mit der Zufahrt über die Hafenstraße.
Die Rattenfänger-Halle ist rollstuhlgerecht. Der Zugang am Haupteingang ist ebenerdig. Bei Konzert- und Sportveranstaltungen gelangt man per Aufzug zu den Rollstuhlplätzen auf der Haupttribüne. Diese Plätze sind direkt vorne an der Tribüne. Hier gibt es keine Sichtbehinderung und man hat einen optimalen Blick auf die Bühne von oben herab. Es sind 6 Rolli-Plätze und 6 Begleitpersonenplätze vorhanden. Bitte beim Kartenvorverkauf gezielt nachfragen.
