Rund um das Gelände besteht keinerlei Parkmöglichkeit. Parkplätze gibt es ausschließlich in der Parkharfe am Olympiastadion (Parkplätze gebührenpflichtig). Von dort sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg oder es gibt alle 10 Minuten einen Transfer mit dem StadtBus 144 (Haltestelle Toni-Merkens-Weg).
Barrierefreiheit
Tollwood ist bemüht, das Gelände mit seinen Ständen, Toiletten, Zugängen, Wegen, Bewegungs- und Begegnungsflächen so barrierearm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Musik-Arena, die Zelte, die Toiletten und die Gastronomie-Stände sind für Rollstuhlfahrende geeignet. Gewisse Einschränkungen, wie Einlassbegrenzungen in Zelte, dienen der Sicherheit und werden in Zusammenarbeit mit den Behörden anhand der technischen Daten des jeweiligen Zeltes festgelegt.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Sommergelände stellenweise stark mit Kies aufgeschüttet ist. Dies liegt vor allem an der Bodenbeschaffenheit des Geländes.
Informationen für Menschen mit Behinderung
Eintrittskarten für Rollstuhlfahrende
Für Rollstuhlfahrer*innen ist der Kauf eines Rollstuhltickets obligatorisch, da jeweils nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von speziell ausgewiesenen Rollstuhlplätzen genehmigt ist. Rollstuhlfahrer*innen zahlen für die Karte den ermäßigten Preis. Darin ist der Eintritt für die Begleitperson enthalten; der Platz für die Begleitperson befindet sich bei unbestuhlten Konzerten auf dem Rollstuhl-Podest. Bei bestuhlten Konzerten steht den Begleitpersonen direkt neben dem Rollstuhl-Platz ein Sitzplatz zur Verfügung.
Karten für Rollstuhlfahrer*innen können telefonisch bei Tollwood direkt bestellt werden unter Tel. 089-38 38 50 0 (Mo – Fr von 9 – 18 Uhr besetzt). Ein Direktkauf der Tickets ist nur an den MT-eigenen VVK-Stellen HP8 (Isarphilharmonie) und Deutsches Theater möglich.
Eintrittskarten für Menschen mit Behinderung
Eintrittskarten für Menschen mit Behinderung erhalten Ermäßigungen bei Vorlage ihres Schwerbehindertenausweises. Diese Tickets sind bei Tollwood, Tel. 089-38 38 50 0 (Mo – Do 9 – 17 Uhr, Fr 9 – 15 Uhr besetzt) und an den München-Ticket-eigenen VVK-Stellen HP8 (Isarphilharmonie) und Deutsches Theater erhältlich.
Musik-Arena / Einlass und Plätze für Rollstuhlfahrer
Für Rollstuhlfahrer*innen befindet sich der Einlass zur Musik-Arena am Zaun links neben dem Tor zur Musik-Arena (Rolltor).
In der Musik-Arena gibt es für Rollstuhlfahrer*innen reservierte Plätze. Bei bestuhlten Konzerten werden Plätze im vorderen Bereich freigehalten, bei unbestuhlten Konzerten ist ein Podest für Rollstuhlfahrer*innen aufgebaut.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen – in Ihrem und im Interesse der anderen Besucher – ist es obligatorisch, die vorgesehenen Plätze zu benutzen, da zum Beispiel Fluchtwege eingehalten werden müssen. Zudem ist die Sicht aus den vorgesehenen Positionen auf die Bedürfnisse von Rollstuhlfahrer*innen abgestimmt.
Parkplätze für Menschen mit Behinderung
Auf dem Festivalgelände im Olympiapark sind Parkplätze für Menschen mit Behinderung ausgewiesen. Auf diesen Parkplätzen auf dem Gelände dürfen nur Besucher parken, die einen entsprechenden Ausweis (blauer Parkausweis) zum Parken auf Behindertenparkplätzen haben. Um Mißbrauch zu vermeiden, wird dieser nur in Verbindung mit einem offiziellen Dokument zur Bestätigung der Personalien (Schwerbehindertenausweis, Personalausweis, Führerschein) akzeptiert.
Die Zufahrt zu diesen Plätzen ist nur über die Ackermannstraße / Ecke Spiridon-Louis-Ring möglich.
Das Ordnungspersonal an der Einfahrt Spiridon-Louis-Ring ist angewiesen, Fahrzeuge mit Behindertenausweisen (blauer Parkausweis) plus Ausweisdokument (siehe oben) bis zur Schranke am Festivaleingang passieren zu lassen. Das Ordnungspersonal an der Schranke zeigt Ihnen dann den genauen Parkbereich.
Bitte haben Sie dafür Verständnis, dass es nur eine begrenzte Zahl an Plätzen gibt. Unter Umständen kann die ausgewiesene Fläche bereits vollständig belegt sein. Sollte dies der Fall sein, so muss das Fahrzeug auf dem Parkplatz (Parkharfe am Olympiastadion) abgestellt werden. Selbstverständlich können Sie sich am Festivalgelände absetzen lassen.
Behindertengerechte Toiletten
Auf dem Festivalgelände gibt es insgesamt zwei Sanitäranlagen, an denen auch je ein Container mit behindertengerechten WC-Einrichtungen zur Verfügung steht.
Das Reinigungspersonal ist angewiesen, diese Toiletten verschlossen zu halten und nur auf Anfrage für berechtigte Personen aufzuschließen. Bitte wenden Sie sich hier stets an das Personal in den jeweiligen WC-Einrichtungen.
