We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Das Bucerius Kunst Forum ist für Menschen mit Behinderungen barrierefrei zugänglich. Die Kasse und der Bucerius Book Shop liegen zu ebener Erde. In Untergeschoss mit Garderobe und Atelier führt ein rollstuhlgerechter Aufzug. Auch in die beiden Obergeschosse mit Ausstellungs- und Veranstaltungssaal führt ein rollstuhlgerechter Aufzug. Eine rollstuhlgerechte Toilette steht zur Verfügung.
