We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Die BadnerHalle ist ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof Rastatt entfernt. Vom Bahnhof fährt außerdem die Stadtbuslinie 239 direkt bis zur Haltestelle BadnerHalle.
Leichte Anfahrt über die A5 Abfahrt Rastatt, B465, B3/B36. Flughafen Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden ca. 20 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt.
Anfahrt zur BadnerHalle über die A5 von Karlsruhe:
Abfahrt A5 Rastatt Nord auf die B462 – Links in Richtung Stadtmitte auf die B3 / B36 (Karlsruher Straße) – Durchfahren, die BadnerHalle liegt auf der linken Seite.
Anfahrt zur BadnerHalle über die A5 von Basel:
Abfahrt A5 Rastatt Süd auf die B3 (Badner Straße) – rechts auf die B36 fahren (Kehler Straße) – den Fluss (Murg) überqueren – die BadnerHalle liegt auf der rechten Seite.
Eine Tiefgarage mit 250 Plätzen steht direkt an der Halle zur Verfügung.
Die BadnerHalle ist für Rollstuhlfahrer über den Haupteingang ebenerdig zugänglich. Im Foyer befindet sich ein Fahrstuhl, um die wenigen Treppenstufen in die Halle zu überwinden.
