Currently not available

If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Aus Richtung Stuttgart (A8):
Von der A8 kommend nehmen Sie die Ausfahrt "Ulm-West" und fahren Sie dann auf die B10 Richtung "Ulm/ Kempten/ Friedrichshafen". Nach etwa 9 km nehmen Sie die Ausfahrt "Neu-Ulm Mitte" und biegen im Kreisverkehr an der dritten Ausfahrt in Richtung "Europastr. / B10" ab. Folgen Sie nun den Wegweisern zur "Arena" und zu den Parkplätzen. Nach etwa 1 km sehen Sie die ratiopharm arena rechtsseitig.

Aus Richtung München/ Augsburg (A8):
Von der A8 kommend fahren Sie am Autobahnkreuz "Ulm/ Elchingen" auf die A7 Richtung "Kempten/ Memmingen". Nach etwa 5 km nehmen Sie die Ausfahrt "Nersingen" und fahren auf die B10 Richtung "Neu-Ulm/ Pfuhl/ Burlafingen". Nach etwa 7 km nehmen Sie rechts die Auffahrt Richtung "Wiley / Ludwigsfeld", ordnen sich links ein und folgen nicht dem Tunnel. Linksseitig sehen Sie bereits die ratiopharm arena. Folgen Sie nun den Wegweisern zu den ausgewiesenen Parkplätzen.

Aus Richtung Würzburg/ Nürnberg (A7):
Von der A7 kommend nehmen Sie die Ausfahrt "Nersingen" und fahren auf die B10 Richtung "Neu-Ulm/ Pfuhl/ Burlafingen". Nach etwa 7 km nehmen Sie rechts die Auffahrt Richtung "Wiley / Ludwigsfeld" und folgen nicht dem Tunnel. Linksseitig sehen Sie bereits die ratiopharm arena. Folgen Sie nun den Wegweisern zu den ausgewiesenen Parkplätzen.

Aus Richtung Kempten / Memmingen (A7):
Von der A7 kommend nehmen Sie am "Autobahndreieck Hittistetten" die Ausfahrt zur B28 Richtung "Ulm/ Neu-Ulm/ Senden". Nach etwa 10 km nehmen Sie die Ausfahrt "Neu-Ulm Mitte" und biegen an der Ampel rechts auf die "Europastr. / B10" ab. Folgen Sie nun den Wegweisern zur "Arena" und zu den Parkplätzen. Nach etwa 1 km sehen Sie die ratiopharm arena rechtsseitig.

Eine Haltebucht zum Ein- und Aussteigen für Besucher befindet sich etwa 300m von der ratiopharm arena entfernt in der Albert-Schweitzer-Str. / Ecke Memminger Straße.

Insgesamt über 1.200 Parkplätze im direkten Umfeld der ratiopharm arena. Parkgebühr 5,- € pro PKW.

Die ratiopharm arena ist Rollstuhlfahrer- und behindertenfreundlich gebaut. Bereits während der Planungs- und Bauphase fand stets ein intensiver Austausch mit der Caritas statt, um auch die Bedürfnisse und infrastrukturellen Besonderheiten von Rollstuhl gebundenen Menschen zu berücksichtigen.

Parken
Auf dem Parkgelände der ratiopharm arena sind ausreichend Stellplätze für Rollstuhlfahrer reserviert. Auch das VIP Parkhaus verfügt über entsprechend ausgeschilderte Parkplätze im unteren Parkdeck. Auch hier ist ein stufenloser Übergang garantiert.

Die ratiopharm arena verfügt über insgesamt 8 Doppeltüren am Haupteingangsbereich, die jeweils für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet sind.

Rollstuhlfahrerplätze befinden sich stets im Arena Innenraum auf der ebenerdigen Ebene 0. Zudem bieten zwei rollstuhlgerechte Aufzüge jederzeit eine Verbindung zur Umlaufebene 1 sowie zum VIP Bereich der Ebene 2, auf der sich die Rollstuhlfahrerplätze auf dem VIP Balkon befinden.

Die Anzahl der Plätze für rollstuhlgebundenen Personen variiert je nach der Gesamtkapazität am jeweiligen Veranstaltungstag. Mindestens 1% der maximalen Zuschauerkapazität wird rollstuhlgebundenen Menschen zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Regel beinhaltet dies zwischen 20 und 60 Plätzen.

Die ratiopharm arena ist insgesamt mit 6 rollstuhlgerechten Toiletten ausgestattet. Drei davon befinden sich im Foyer (Ebene 0), zwei in der Umlaufebene 1 sowie eine VIP Bereich (Ebene 2).
