We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Die MUK liegt im Zentrum Lübecks am Eingang zur historischen Altstadt unmittelbarer neben dem Holstentor und ist fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof in zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Bei Anreise mit dem PKW befinden sich bereits an den Ausfahrten der Autobahnen A1 und A20 Hinweisschilder, denen man nur folgen muss, ebenso im gesamten Lübecker Stadtgebiet.
Im unmittelbaren Umfeld der MUK stehen ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze - auch Behindertenparkplätze - zur Verfügung.
Der Zugang zur MUK sowie das Gebäude sind barrierefrei und im Parkett steht ein begrenztes Kontingent an Rollstuhlplätzen zur Verfügung.
