If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Ticket Online Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Eine größere Anzahl an Parkplätzen gibt es direkt vor dem Gebäude. In der Nähe sind aber auch einige Supermärkte, auf deren Parkplatz gerade am Abend und in der Nacht geparkt werden kann.
Das Kaminwerk ist barrierefrei und verfügt auch über eine Behindertentoilette. Bei Veranstaltungen bezahlen Schwerbehinderte ganz normal den Eintritt. Eine Begleitperson ist frei. Bei Fragen und Wünschen kann man sich einfach an die Telefonnummer 08331.991199 wenden.
