Handicapped-accessible tickets

To make a booking for wheelchair users and people with disabilities, including companion, please first check whether your desired event also offers the option of booking tickets directly in the webshop. Go to your event and your city and check the price categories and discounts offered. The promoter of the event decides whether tickets for wheelchair users and people with disabilities, including companion, are offered in the webshop.

Depending on the requirements of the promoter, in some cases the booking can be made directly on our hotline, in other cases the booking must first be requested from the promoter. If you are dependent on a companion for your visit to the event (sign B on your disabled person's ID) and the companion ticket is subject to a discount or free ticket, please have your disabled person's ID ready at the entrance to the event as proof of the companion ticket. Currently not available

If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Die Stadthalle Zwickau ist barrierefrei zugänglich und somit auch für unsere Gäste mit Handicap gut erreichbar. Sie liegen uns am Herzen. Nachfolgend haben wir Ihnen die nützlichsten Informationen zu Ihrem Aufenthalt in der Stadthalle zusammengestellt.

Anreise & Parkmöglichkeiten
Neben den Parkplätzen der Stadthalle stehen unseren gehbehinderten Gästen insgesamt 10 Behinderten-Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Sie erreichen diese über die an der Hallenrückseite gelegene Zufahrt. Bitte weisen Sie sich an der Schranke gegenüber unserem Sicherheitspersonal entsprechend aus. Danach umfahren Sie die Stadthalle und finden in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zugang die Behindertenparkplätze. Der Weg bis zur nächsten Haltestelle des öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs (Straßenbahn) beträgt nur ca. 50m.

Eingang Stadthalle
Direkt vom Behindertenparkplatz aus gelangen Sie in wenigen Metern barrierefrei zum Behinderteneingang der Stadthalle, der durch ein entsprechendes Piktogramm gekennzeichnet ist. Die Eingangstür ist 200cm breit. Sie gelangen ebenerdig, an den Garderoben vorbei in die Halle. Sollten Sie Hilfe bei der Platzsuche benötigen, so steht Ihnen unser Hostessen- und Hostpersonal bzw. die Security vor Ort gern zur Verfügung.

Toiletten
Die Stadthalle Zwickau ist im Erdgeschoss mit vier ebenerdig liegenden Behindertentoiletten ausgestattet, die durch die entsprechenden Piktogramme als solche gekennzeichnet sind. Die Tür zu den WC's ist jeweils 93cm breit und von außen entriegelbar. Eine Notklingel pro WC ist vorhanden und in 115cm Höhe erreichbar. Die Waschbeckenarmaturen können mittels Hebelarm bedient werden. In den WC's finden Sie je zwei Stützgriffe neben den Toiletten, von denen einer geklappt werden kann.

Um die Toiletten gibt es das folgende Raumangebot:
davor - 205 x 160cm
links - 102 x 85cm
rechts - 82 x 85cm

Sitzplätze
Unsere gehbehinderten Gäste finden je nach Veranstaltungsgenre im Parkett der Stadthalle Ihre Plätze. Handelt es sich um eine bestuhlte Veranstaltung, halten wir, wenn es der Vorverkaufsstand erlaubt, für Ihre Begleitperson selbstverständlich gern einen Sitzplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe bereit. Bei unbestuhlten Veranstaltungen (in der Regel Rock-Pop-Konzerte) wird eigens für gehbehinderte Konzertbesucher eine Tribüne im Parkettbereich gebaut, welche Ihnen auch zu diesen Events eine exzellente Sicht garantiert.

Ob bzw. in welchem Umfang es Vergünstigungen für Behinderte oder Schwerbeschädigte gibt, ist von der Veranstaltung und dem Veranstalter abhängig.
