Anfahrt mit dem Fahrrad
Die Arena ist über den Fahrradweg entlang der B209 gut aus Lüneburg und Adendorf erreichbar. Auf dem Arenagelände stehen für Gäste ausreichend Fahrradständer zur Verfügung.
Anfahrt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln
Bei den meisten Veranstaltungen mit öffentlichem Kartenvorverkauf beinhaltet Ihre Eintrittskarte ein HVV-Ticket (Ringe A-F 2. Klasse) für die Hin- und Rückfahrt am Veranstaltungstag (bis 6:00 Uhr am Folgetag) zur Veranstaltung. Die Anreise von z. B. Hamburg oder Bienenbüttel mit dem Metronom ist also ohne weitere Kosten möglich, sofern auf Ihrer Eintrittskarte ein entsprechender Verweis auf den HVV sichtbar ist. Nächstgelegene reguläre Bushaltestelle: Lüneburg, Schwarzer Weg (Fußweg ca. 5 Minuten).
Für einige Veranstaltungen mit öffentlichem Kartenvorverkauf wird ein gesonderter Busshuttle vom Bahnhof Lüneburg zur LKH Arena über den HVV bereitgestellt. Auch diesen Shuttle können Sie mit Ihrem HVV Ticket auf Ihrer Eintrittskarte nutzen. Genauere Infos, ob ein Shuttle bereitgestellt wird sowie Infos zum genauen Abfahrort und der Zeit, finden Sie unter www.lueneburgtickets.de in der Beschreibung zu der jeweiligen Veranstaltung. Bitte überprüfen Sie am Tag vor der Veranstaltung nochmals die Informationen, da in Ausnahmefällen noch Anpassungen der Abfahrtzeiten erfolgen.

Alle Parkplätze von P1 und P2 sind bei Veranstaltungen mit öffentlichem Kartenvorverkauf kostenpflichtig, wir empfehlen Ihnen vorab ein Parkplatzticket online zu erwerben. Gäste dürfen die Parkplätze nur mit einem Parkticket befahren.
Parkmöglichkeiten
P1 (Premium):
Direkt auf dem Arenagelände stehen unseren Gästen 237 Parkplätze zur Verfügung. P1 ist über die „Lüner Rennbahn“ (Haupteinfahrt der Arena) zu erreichen. Auf P1 direkt vor dem Haupteingang finden Sie auch die Parklätze für Menschen mit Behinderung.
P2 (Standard):
Weitere 450 Parkmöglichkeiten stehen den Gäste auf einem ca. 700 m entfernten Parkplatz zur Verfügung (Zufahrt zu P2 über Vrestorfer Weg).
Barrierefreies Parken: Parkplätze für Menschen mit Behinderung finden Sie auf P1 (Anfahrt über die "Lüner Rennbahn") direkt vor dem Haupteingang der Arena. Es wird ein Parkplatzticket benötigt, welches entweder im Vorfeld online oder vor Ort zu erwerben ist. Sprechen Sie dafür gern den Parkplatzdienst an.

Aufzüge
Der Unterrang (1.OG) ist über einen Aufzug erreichbar. Bei einzelnen Veranstaltungen werden die Aufzüge für Gäste gesperrt. Nur Personen mit einem Euroschlüssel können diese dann noch benutzen. Wichtig: Im Fall einer Evakuierung/Räumung stehen die Aufzüge der Arena für den Transport nicht zur Verfügung. Die Begleitperson muss mit Hilfe des Ordnungsdienstes den Transport in das Erdgeschoss über die Treppen übernehmen können.
Sitzbereiche
Es gibt in unserer Arena bis zu 35 Plätze für Menschen, die auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen sind, sowie für je eine Begleitperson. Diese werden je nach der Veranstaltungsart, der Größe und der Nachfrage eingerichtet. In der Regel können Sie Tickets für Menschen mit Behinderung über den jeweiligen Ticketanbieter erwerben. Sollten Sie hierzu Fragen haben, wenden Sie sich gern an den jeweiligen Anbieter oder an die Vorverkaufsstelle. Bitte denken Sie daran, den gültigen Nachweis zur Veranstaltung mitzubringen. Im gesamten Oberrang (2.OG) müssen aufgrund der Bauart mehrere Stufen überwunden werden, um Sicht in den Innenraum zu erhalten bzw. Sitzplätze zu erreichen. Es besteht also keine Barrierefreiheit im Oberrang. Sollten Sie auf einen Rollator angewiesen sein, so möchten wir Sie darüber informieren, dass ein stufenloser Zugang zu den Sitzplätzen im Parkett möglich ist. Sollten Sie sich einen Platz im Unter- oder Oberrang buchen, so kann es sein, dass einige Stufen auf der Tribüne ohne Rollator überwunden werden müssen.
Parkplätze
18 extra breite Parkplätze stehen direkt vor dem Haupteingang zur Verfügung. Voraussetzung für die Nutzung dieser Parkplätze ist ein Parkausweis für Schwerbehinderte. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz „P1“ befindet sich direkt vor der LKH Arena in der Lüner Rennbahn. Bitte halten Sie Ihren Behindertenausweis als Nachweis bei der Zufahrt bereit.
Hörunterstützungsanlage
In der Arena ist eine „Listen EVERYWHERE“ Anlage verbaut. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Audio-Streaming-Lösung.
Der Stream kann mit jedem handelsüblichen Smartphone empfangen werden. Die Nutzer*innen müssen lediglich die kostenlose „Listen WIFI“ App auf einem Smartphone installieren und sich mit dem kostenlosen W-LAN verbinden. Danach kann der vom Server angebotene Live-Stream ausgewählt und über eigene Kopfhörer (kabelgebunden oder über Bluetooth) gehört werden.
