Zur Plaza
Der Große und der Kleine Saal sind nur über die Plaza erreichbar.
Die Aufzüge zur Plaza (Fahrstuhlgruppe A) sind am Haupteingang ausgeschildert und durch den Gang rechts von der großen Rolltreppe zu erreichen.
Zum Großen Saal
Auf der Plaza angekommen, stehen Ihnen zwei Aufzüge zum Großen Saal zur Verfügung. Die zentrale Garderobe befindet sich in der 11. Etage. Anschließend fahren Sie mit dem Aufzug in die Etage, die auf Ihrem Ticket vermerkt ist. Je nach Sitzplatz sind im Saal Treppenstufen zu bewältigen. Die Rollstuhlplätze im 13. und 15. OG sind barrierefrei erreichbar, barrierefreie Toiletten finden Sie im Foyer im 12. OG auf der Nordseite und im 13. OG rechts neben der großen Bar. Das Personal vor Ort hilft Ihnen gerne.
Zum Kleinen Saal
Auf der Plaza steht Ihnen ein Aufzug zum Kleinen Saal zur Verfügung. Das Foyer, die Garderobe, eine barrierefreie Toilette und der Saaleingang befinden sich in der 10. Etage.
In die Kaistudios
Der Eingang in die Kaistudios befindet sich im 2. OG und ist mit den Aufzügen der Fahrstuhlgruppe B direkt von einer der Parkebenen oder vom Haupteingang durch den Gang rechts von der großen Rolltreppe erreichbar.
Behindertenparkplätze
Im Parkhaus in der Elbphilharmonie sind Behindertenparkplätze auf den Ebenen 4 und 5 vorhanden.
Leitsystem für sehbehinderte Menschen
Das taktile Bodenleitsystem führt vom Vorplatz der Elbphilharmonie ins Gebäude und auf jede einzelne Etage. Am Ende jedes Treppengeländers befindet sich ein Hinweis auf das aktuelle Stockwerk. Die Treppenstufen in den Foyers und im Großen Saal sind mit Markierungen versehen, die auch mit einem Blindenstock zu ertasten sind. Das Personal im Haus hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter.

Großer Saal
Der Bereich E sowie Abschnitte der Bereiche I und K sind mit einer Induktionsschleife versehen. Hörgeräteträger können damit Musik und Wortbeiträge drahtlos empfangen, wenn das eigene Hörgerät mit einem passenden Empfangsgerät ausgestattet ist. Bei Bedarf wählen Sie bei Ihrer Buchung die entsprechenden Plätze und weisen Sie auch das Einlasspersonal darauf hin. Zusätzlich stehen an der Garderobe mobile Taschenempfänger zum Ausleihen zur Verfügung, die im gesamten Saal funktionieren. Angeschlossen werden können selbst mitgebrachte Kopfhörer oder Induktionsschlingen für Hörgeräte mit T-Spule.
