We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect, to choose Mobile Ticket delivery or to collect your tickets at the venue.

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Das Parken ist gebührenfrei und rund um das BASF-Feierabendhaus möglich. Direkt gegenüber dem Haupteingang befinden sich die Behindertenparkplätze.
Für Rollstuhlfahrer stehen im BASF-Feierabendhaus gesondert ausgewiesene Plätze zur Verfügung. Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist eine Begleitperson erforderlich.
Rollstuhlfahrer erreichen die Eingangshalle barrierefrei über die Rampe auf der rechten Seite des Haupteingangs. Direkt von dort gelangt man mit einem Personenaufzug in alle Ebenen der Zuschauerzugänge und in den Saal. Auf Wunsch können Rollstuhlfahrer von unserem Servicepersonal betreut und zu Ihrem Platz gebracht werden. Die barrierefreien Plätze im Saal sind problemlos mit einem Rollstuhl erreichbar, die Beweglichkeit im restlichen Saal ist jedoch durch Stufen stark eingeschränkt.
Direkt gegenüber dem Haupteingang befinden sich die Behindertenparkplätze.
