If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via mail will no longer be available. Die Halle liegt im Berliner Zentrum, im Szenebezirk Prenzlauer Berg, und ist eingebunden in den Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark. Als sogenannte grüne Brücke verbindet die Max-Schmeling-Halle symbolisch die beiden Stadtteile Wedding (ehemals West-Berlin) und Prenzlauer Berg (ehemals Ost-Berlin). Die am nächsten gelegenen Bahnhöfe sind der U-Bahnhof Eberswalder Straße und der U+S-Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee. Somit ist die Max-Schmeling-Halle ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.
Die Halle wurde seinerzeit aus politischen Gründen nach umweltgerechten Gesichtspunkten gebaut und deshalb wurde bewusst auf die Einrichtung von Parkhäusern verzichtet. Wir empfehlen die Anreise mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Im Umfeld der Max-Schmeling-Halle sind nur in sehr begrenztem Umfang öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden, die gebührenpflichtig sind. Alternativ bieten sich folgende Parkhäuser an:

Beim Bau der Max-Schmeling-Halle wurden insbesondere die Anforderungen rollstuhlgebundener Gäste berücksichtigt. So stehen in der Max-Schmeling-Halle ausreichend Plätze für Rollstuhlfahrer und deren Begleiter zur Verfügung. Die Wege zu den Plätzen, zu den Gastronomieständen und zu den sanitären Einrichtungen sind optimal gewährleistet. Sollten Sie während einer Veranstaltung Fragen haben oder Hilfe benötigen, wenden Sie sich bitte an unser Ordnungs- und Servicepersonal der Firma B.E.S.T., das Ihnen sehr gerne weiterhelfen wird.
Wir bitten Sie, dies bei der Ticketbestellung unbedingt anzugeben, damit für Sie und gegebenenfalls für Ihren Begleiter entsprechende Plätze reserviert werden können. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, je nach Veranstaltungssituation Parkplätze für an Rollstuhl gebundene Besucher zu reservieren. Garantieren können wir diese Plätze allerdings nicht. Eine Mitteilung für welche Veranstaltung ein Parkplatz benötigt wird ist notwendig. Dies gilt ausdrücklich nur für Besucher mit gültigem Behindertenausweis und Rollstuhl.
